Country Singer Merle Haggard Announces Yet Another Tour Aged 76
Country singer Merle Haggard may be 76 years of age, but he still knows how to perform, and it will not be long until he hits the road again for his latest tour. Merle Haggard concert tickets are already on sale and you can buy yours today for any one of his upcoming concerts from December through to May next year.
On Friday 6th December Merle Haggard will be in the state of Nevada performing at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino in Reno, then the following day, Saturday 7th December, he will be in California for a concert at the Uptown Theatre in Napa. A further five concerts have been scheduled for the month of December, with two taking place in California, one in Arizona and two in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino. The Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino is a well known venue that hosts events throughout the year, and before Christmas the likes of Dwight Yoakam and Willie Nelson will also be in town performing at the intimate 1,000 seater venue.
At present just three concerts have been scheduled for January, all of which are due to take place in the state of Florida. The first concert is taking place on Wednesday 29th January at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall in Sarasota, then the next day Merle Haggard will be at the Youkey Theatre in Lakeland, with a concert on Friday 31st January at the King Center for the Performing Arts in Melbourne bringing the month to a close. February will commence where January left off with another three concerts in Florida, then Merle Haggard will be heading to North and South Carolina, Mississippi and Idaho for another four performances. March like February will see just a handful of concerts taking place, with performances in Washington, California, Oklahoma, Texas and a return to South Carolina all being scheduled.
On Monday 28th April a Merle Haggard concert has been pencilled in for the American Music Theatre in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, then the very next day there will be a concert at the Community Theatre At Mayo Center For The Performing Arts in Morristown, New Jersey. The month will come to end with another performance in New Jersey, with this particular concert taking place at the Count Basie Theatre in Red Ban on Wednesday 30th April.
The final two concerts of the tour will take place on Friday 2nd May at the Ocean City Inlet Parking Lot in Ocean City, Maryland, then the next day the tour will come to an end with a performance at Harrah’s Atlantic City in New Jersey.
