Dixie Chicks Announce Tour Of Canada – Their First Visit In Seven Years
Seven years is a long time and that is exactly how long it is since the Dixie Chicks toured Canada. Well the wait is now over as Natalie Maines, Martie Maguire and Emily Robison will be taking their “2013 Long Time Gone Tour” to the North American country at the end of October, and concert tickets are now on sale for each and every one of the nine tour dates.
The tour will start on Saturday 26th October in British Columbia at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, followed by another concert in British Columbia on Tuesday 29th October at the Encana Event Centre which is located in Dawson Creek. Alberta is the next territory on the schedule with a further two concerts due to take place, the first of which has been inked in for Thursday 31st October at the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, and the second is due to take place on Friday 1st November at the Rexall Palace in Edmonton.
Due to their long absence from Canada the Dixie Chicks concert tickets are sure to be in high demand, and with just nine concerts on the agenda tickets are sure to sell out fast, so it would be wise to buy yours while there are still plenty available.
On Sunday 3rd November the Dixie Chicks will be in Saskatchewan performing at the Credit Union Centre Saskatchewan Palace in Saskatoon, then two days later they will be visiting Manitoba to perform a concert at the MTS Centre in Winnipeg. The final three concerts of the short tour will all take place in different venues across Ontario, the first being on Friday 8th November at the General Motors Centre in Oshawa. The next day the trio will be in Hamilton performing at the Copps Coliseum, then on Sunday 10th November the tour finale takes place at the Budweiser Gardens in London.
Cheap and discounted Dixie Chicks concert tickets are on sale now from us here at the Ticket Center, but remember due to their seven year absence from touring Canada demand is sure to outstrip supply.
