Fleetwood Mac the British American Rock sensation was formed in the mid sixties. They’ve experienced more than their share of rocky roads and personnel turnovers, but their success through it all is indisputable.
Touring frequently and recording together in fits and starts, who could imagine that a band from the mid sixties would survive the length of time and achieve the level of popularity that Fleetwood Mac has achieved and still be as much in demand as the band appears to be.
The band takes its name from Mick Fleetwood and the McVie’s, Christine and John, but is likely best known for the husky vocals of Stevie Nicks, who still performs with Fleetwood Mac.
