Guns ‘N Roses, Post Malone and Beck Will Headline 2019 Voodoo Fest
Voodoo Music + Arts Experience will return to New Orleans’ City Park this October with a formidable lineup.
Hard rockers Guns N’ Roses, rapper Post Malone and alternative rock veteran Beck will headline, and will be joined by electronic dance music deejay Bassnectar, Grammy-winning Americana singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile, indie rock band The National and many more.
Over Halloween weekend, fans can expect appearances from Young the Giant, Bring Me the Horizon, Sheck Wes, Big Gigantic, Clairo with over 65 bands that will perform across four stages such as Glitch Mob, Hippo Campus, Bishop Briggs, Temples and Jai Wolf.
The day-to-day roster will not be revealed until late August or early September.
But following Voodoo’s pattern from several years now, the festival has followed the same blueprint for headliners: the big rock act on Friday, the big rap/R&B act on Sunday, and the big indie/alternative rock act on Sunday.
Not only will the festival host impressive musical acts, but it will also feature immersive large-scale art installations, amusement rides, an interactive haunted mansion, a story booth installation that utilizes artificial intelligence and film projections, along with food and drink offerings from local establishments.
The tickets for the festival will go on sale Thursday, June 6th at 10 a.m. CT.
You can choose from 3-day GA, VIP, or platinum tickets, and for the first time this year, the festival will offer a GA+ tickets giving you access to a private lounge area with seating and shade if you need to catch a break, air-conditioned restrooms, full-service bar where you can treat yourself with some beer, wine, and cocktails, and a screen with live stage feeds so you don’t miss anything.
