Jackson Browne & David Lindley on Tour
In 2008, Jackson Browne circled the globe with his international tour, now he is back with David Lindley for a brand new summer tour.
He starts back on tour with a solo concert starting it off at Agua Caliente Casino in Rancho Mirage, California. The first show with both Jackson Browne and David Lindley will be at The Joint in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 20. The tour will take these guys all across the United States visiting thirty-five American cities ending with Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the Riverside Theatre on September 24.
Browne and Lindley will also have shows in Berkeley California at the Greek Theatre on July 24, Morrison Colorado at the Rocks Amphitheatre on August 5, Boston Massachusetts at the Bank of America Pavilion on August 28, and New York New York at the Beacon Theatre on September 14.
At this time, there are no concerts booked for any locations in Canada but there is a two-night stay planned for Atlantic City New Jersey at the Borgata Event Center on September 4 & 5.
You can find a few tickets on sale now for some venues with the remainder of the locations going on sale by the weekend of April 9, 10, & 11.
Jackson Browne and David Lindley have been together before with a variety of recordings together throughout the past few years with the first being the release of For Everyman in 1973 by Browne and in 2006 a tour in Spain.
Recordings from the tour in Spain will be on sale on May 11 in the form of a two-disc album called Love is Strange. This album will be the main focus of the summer tour while Browne will of course be backed by his long time band. The band includes guitarist Mark Goldenberg, bassist Kevin McCormick, keyboardist Jeff Young, and drummer Mauricio. Vocalists are Alethea Mills and Chavonne Stewart.
