Las Vegas to Celebrate Mexican Independence Day with Latin Artists
Prepare yourself for the best ever celebration of the Mexican Independence Day which will take place in September in Las Vegas.
Latin artists including Jennifer Lopez, Luis Miguel, Enrique Iglesias, Alejandro Fernandez and Carlos Santana will be among many to perform during annual El Grito Festivities.
The “Entertainment Capital of the World” invites visitors from all over the world to celebrate Mexican Independence Day every September. Always phenomenal lineup of artists is complemented with championship boxing, hilarious comedians and a lot more of exciting events during this week-long festival. The El Grito festivities celebrate the Mexican Independence Day which falls on 16 September and takes place in Las Vegas as the current center of Latin entertainment.
Visitors would enjoy shows by Jennifer Lopez, in residence at Planet Hollywood on three nights on 12, 14 and 15 September. The famous Latin superstar is currently on her world tour Enrique Iglesias will perform at Caesars Palace on 15 and 16 September while Mexican groups Banda MS and Caifanes will play at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino on 14 September. The House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay is reserved for Santana for even five performances taking place on 12, 14, 15, 16 and 19 September. Romeo Santos will perform at MGM Grand on 15 September, and Alejandro Fernández is booked for the Mandalay Bay Events Center on the same night. Chayanne is set to appear at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan on 14 September. We really don’t know how you will pick which show to attend since the lineup is filled with Latin superstars.
Comedians Gabriel Iglesias will hit the stage at The Mirage on 15 and 16 September and Felipe Esparza at Hard Rock Hotel on 14 September. The highly-anticipated boxing match in which Canelo Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin will face off is scheduled for 15 September at the T-Mobile Arena.
Last year’s El Grito was a smash hit with Ricky Martin, Gabriel Iglesias, Marc Anthony, MANA, Gloria Trevi, Ricardo Arjona and many more. We hope this year’s event will break some records. “Entertainment Capital of the World” really put an effort to step up their game.
