Luke Bryan‘s career has climbed at breakneck speed in the last few years, with 3 consecutive platinum singles, a platinum album, a slot on fellow Georgian Jason Aldean‘s My Kinda Party Tour and now, a 2013 tour of his own. The dates and tickets for Bryan’s 2013 tour has already been released.
The talented singer-songwriter is set to launch his very first headlining tour, the 20-city Dirt Road Diaries Tour, which will kick off in Evansville, Ind. on January 17. Tickets for the Dirt Road Diaries Tour is already up for grabs. The road run will feature ACM Award-winners Thompson Square and new duo Florida Georgia Line as opening acts.
In a statement, Luke Bryan said “I have dreamed about this day for a very long time,” “We are having the best time putting together all the bells & whistles for the tour. I have spent a lot of time out on tours with some really great artists and each night we have tried to learn from them. I couldn’t be more excited about this!”
Florida Georgia Line, the duo behind the contagious hit, ‘Cruise,’ are just as excited to be joining the tour. “We couldn’t be more excited about the Dirt Road Diaries Tour with Luke! He is an amazing artist and person,” FGL member Brian Kelley tells Taste of Country. Adds his FGL bandmate Tyler Hubbard, “We look forward to hanging more and learning from him. It’s an honor to share the stage with Luke!”
