Post Malone to Embark on His First European and UK Tour in 2019
Post Malone has announced the details about his debut European arena tour on 9 October right after he had wrapped up his North American tour. He is scheduled to run through nine countries starting February 2019. Tickets will be on sale in a few days and for now, you can check out his performances in Dallas and Brooklyn.
This amazing 23-year-old announced the news on Instagram, flashing his yellow poster with 2019 Euro tour dates. He will kick off in Dublin, Ireland at 3Arena on Valentine’s Day and then hit the UK fans in Glasgow’s SSE Hyrdo, Birmingham’s Resort World Arena and Manchester Arena. The UK visit will end in London on 13 March. He will also perform in Belgium, France, Holland, Germany, Sweden, Denmark and Switzerland.
Post Malone release his debut record Stoney in 2016 and it peaked at No.10 in the UK Official Album charts and brought him his first Top 10 Billboard 200 position. Stoney spent 77 weeks in the top 10 of US Billboard’s Top R&B and Hip-Hop Albums chart beating the 76-week record that Michael Jackson’s iconic Thriller achieved in the 80s.
He released his second album Beerbongs& Bentleys which earned him his first UK No.1 album. Beerbongs& Bentleys broke Spotify’s record for most first-day streams of all time. The album ranked up a staggering 78,744,748 streams worldwide in the first 24 hours.
Four of his singles were among the Top 10. He collaborated with some of the greatest artists including Justin Bieber, Kayne West and 21 Savage on the hit single “Rockstar”. “Congratulations”, “Jackie Chan”, “Psycho” and “Better Now” have made him one of the most successful artists of the year. Recently he has won two American Music Awards for Best Rap/Hip-Hop album and Best Pop/Rock Male Artist.
Post Malone is honest and straight-forward in life just like he is in his music.
“All the f****ng time,” Post previously stated when asked if he gets nervous when performing. “I always get nervous before the show, I found a couple of these bad boys back (beers), and it goes away. And as soon as I step on stage it usually gets better. By the second song, I’m in the groove and my dance moves come out.”
Post Malone has had a pretty busy schedule not only professionally but personally. We can freely say that he cheated death three times lately. First, he had an emergency plane landing, then he had a severe car crash in his Rolls-Royce and then his house was invaded. Good thing he has a lot of inspiration for writing lyrics.
A lot of hype is surrounding Post’s live performances and when he takes the stage, the fans go wild so we know for sure he will not disappoint.
