The Monkees 2013 Summer Tour

The Monkees are set to tour again this coming summer with a tour called ‘A Midsummer’s Night With The Monkees’. There are 24 dates scheduled and you can get your Monkees concert tickets right now in readiness for what promises to be another great summer of music.

Micky Dolenz, Peter Tork and Michael Nesmith will be very busy during July and August as their 24 date tour will be performed in just 35 days. The tour gets under way with a gig on Monday 15th July at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York. The next day they will be performing at The Citi Performing Arts Center in Boston, Massachuetts, followed by a concert at The Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, New Jersey on Wednesday 17th July.

In July there will be further concerts in New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida and Texas. The Monkees concert tickets are already selling fast and you need to be quick if you wish to secure yourself a pair.

August kicks off with a concert at The Arena Theatre in Houston, Texas, followed by a concert on Friday 2nd August at The Verizon Theatre in Grand Prairie also in Texas. On Saturday 3rd August Micky, Peter and Michael will be in Oklahoma performing at The Brady Theater in Tulsa before setting off for a gig in Colorado at The Paramount Theatre in Denver on Monday 5th August.

The trio will then take a few days rest before the final eight concerts, all of which will be performed in just 10 days. The first of the eight will be on Friday 9th August at The Mesa Arts Center in Mesa, Arizona, with a performance at The Green Valley Events Center in Henderson, Nevada scheduled for the next day. The next four concerts will all be in California with stopovers in San Diego, Long Beach, Saratoga and Napa.

On Wednesday 17th August the penultimate Monkees concert will be held at The Benaroya Hall in Seattle, Washington. The tour finale will be staged on Thursday 18th August at The Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall in Portland, Oregon and it is sure to be a great night bringing an end to 24 concerts in just a 35 day period.
