Mandy Moore Is Going on Tour for the First Time in a Decade

25th November 2019 | Category: Concerts

Actress and singer/songwriter Mandy Moore is ready to hit the road again, for the first time in 10 years.

The “This Is Us” star announced that she will be going on a North American concert tour in March, 2020. The tour will start in Pittsburgh, and it will end in Denver in May. Singer-songwriter Bedouine will serve as a support on the first half of the tour, while Madison Cunningham will join her in the second half.

Moore wrote on her social media about the comeback tour:

“It’s been over a decade since I’ve hit the road but I am thrilled to put together an intimate, elevated evening of new and old tunes, performed with a superb group of musicians (in fact some are my nearest and dearest). I want the show to have threads of what the writing and recording process was like with this band, almost like you’ve been invited in our living room for an inside glimpse.

It just feels good to be sharing this side of me again. In its purest form. A real side of me I have been itching to put back into the universe.”

Earlier this year, Moore was in the studio working on the new album, with longtime collaborator and producer Mike Viola and with her husband, Taylor Goldsmith, frontman for the band Dawes.

Her last album, titled “Amanda Leigh,” was released in 2009. This September, Moore released a new song “When I Wasn’t Watching” and in October she released another single titled “I’d Rather Lose”.

Though she might be more known these days for her acting, Moore started out as a singer. She was 15 years old when she released her debut single “Candy” and when signed a record deal with Empire Records in 1999.

Moore’s early rise to fame will be shown in the upcoming ABC TV show called “90’s Popstar”, for which she’ll be an executive producer.

Ozzy Osbourne Announces Rescheduled 2020 European Tour Dates

15th November 2019 | Category: Concerts

All Aboard!

Ozzy Osbourne has officially rescheduled UK and Ireland tour dates for his No More Tours 2 tour.

The Prince of Darkness was forced to postpone European shows due to his health twice already. First, the singer battled the flu and later multiple infections before he suffered a brutal fall in his LA home.

This is why the European leg of his ongoing farewell was rescheduled to winter of 2020 and recently pushed back further, as Osbourne needed more time to recover from his neck surgery.

The six-week trek which originally meant to begin in January now kicks off in New Castle on October 23rd, 2020 before wrapping December 7th, 2020 in Helsinki.

Osbourne said: “I can’t wait to get off my ass and get going again, but you’re just going to have to be a bit more patient. I want to be 100% ready to come out and knock your f***ing socks off. I’m not retiring, I’ve still got gigs to do and also there’s a new album on the way. To the fans, I sincerely thank you for your patience, your loyalty. I love you.”

European dates include stops in the UK, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden and Finland.

The tour will continue to have support from Judas Priest. Rob Halford, frontman of Judas Priest commented: “We are very grateful for the rock-solid support from our wonderful UK & European fans as Ozzy gets well and strong. The UK/European tour will showcase the very best British Metal from the ones that started it all and we proudly look forward to celebrating our 50 Heavy Metal Years together with you!”

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and Grammy-winner recently collaborated with Post Malone.

This seemingly unexpected collaboration brought him back on the top charts, after a long time. The song “Take What You Want,” debuted at No. 8 high on the Billboard Hot 100. More immediately, Ozzy will be releasing Ordinary Man in January next year, which is his first full-length album since 2010’s Scream.

Michael Bublé Unveils Plans for 2020 North American Tour

12th November 2019 | Category: Concerts

A four-time Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter and producer Michael Bublé has announced the new North American tour dates.

According to his twitter, the new announcement comes “following the phenomenal global success of his An Evening With Michael Bublé Tour.”

The North American slate is scheduled to begin on March 17th in Jacksonville, Florida. It will include more than two dozen new tour stops. The Canadian singer, ironically or not, included only two Canadian cities – Halifax and Moncton, where the tour will end on May 23rd. He will also visit Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlantic City, Albany, Uniondale, Boston, Cleveland, and 20 more cities along the way.

Bublé is still on his world tour, and he will be performing in the UK until December 10th.

He will be also performing in New Zealand and Australia in February 2020, before going to the USA, where earlier this year he sold out a sold-out 37 show tour where he performed for over 500,000 fans.

Over the course of his career, Bublé has already completed five sold-out world tours and sold over 75 million records.

The release of Bublé’s 2011 album “Christmas” which featured his distinct jazz vocal covering some holiday classics was a huge commercial success. It spent five weeks at No.1 and become Bublé’s highest-selling album. Last year alone, “Christmas” album gained more than a billion streams, which made it the biggest holiday album of the decade.

The chart-topping Bublé also recently released a new version of “White Christmas,” and a music video for it.

In other news, Michael Bublé will receive his own Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on November 16th.

If you want to make tickets to his show a gift this holiday season, you can do so by purchasing them here.
