It came to no surprise that critics described this production as breathtaking and “bigger and better than ever”.

The musical is based on a French novel Le Fantôme de l’Opéra by Gaston Leroux, thrilling and romantic story about a musical genius who dwells in a labyrinth beneath the Opera House in Paris.

Shunned and rejected by society because of his facial deformity, he takes Christine, a young soprano under his wing and grooms her for operatic fame while he falls madly in love with her. She becomes more and more successful, handsome young men court her and he falls into jealousy and rage and terrorizes the opera company.

Witness how Phantom sets his demons free and experience catharsis experience at the end and purchase your tickets here.

The musical premiered in 1986 in London’s West End and on Broadway in 1988. Andrew Lloyd Webber wrote the music and now legendary songs “Phantom of the Opera”, “All I Ask of You”, “Think of Me” and “The Music of the Night” led it to become the most successful musical of all time. It is the longest running show in the Broadway history and celebrated its 10,000th Broadway performance back in 2012.

Phantom was the most financially successful entertainment event with total estimated worldwide gross receipts of over $5.6 billion and total Broadway gross of $845 million, until The Lion King passed it in 2014. The musical won 7 Tony Awards and 7 Drama Desk Awards.

Maroon 5 to Kick Off 2018 with Red Pill Blues Tour

2nd November 2017 | Category: Concerts

Maroon 5, three-time Grammy award-winning band, have recently announced that they are going on tour in 2018 in support of their upcoming album Red Pill Blues.

The tour is due to kick off on May 30 in Tacoma, and will hit California, Texas and Florida in June. After the break in July and August, the tour will be back on the road with concerts across arenas and stadiums in the mid-west in September and then East Coast in October.

The tour is scheduled to end with two shows on October 14 and 15 at Madison Square Garden in New York. Pick a city closest to you and enjoy the new songs of this awesome band.

This 33-date-extensive tour is produced by Live Nation and is supporting the band’s sixth studio album produced by J. Kash and Adam Levine. The Red Pill Blues album is coming out on November 3 and its title refers to the science fiction term from the 1999 movie, The Matrix, taking the red pill or the blue pill. The guitarist spoke about their strategy around the sixth album explaining they had be experimenting with electronic sounds on previous albums but that this album will be more traditional and R&B influenced.

The album features special guest appearances by SZA, Julia Michaels, LunchMoney Lewis and A$AP Rocky. The multi-platinum band recently debuted the album’s lead single “What Lovers Do” and two other songs, “Help Me Out” and “Whiskey”. They’ll support the release of the album with a series of TV appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, TODAY and Ellen DeGeneres Show. Julia Michaels, hit songwriter and Republic recording artist, is featured on “Help Me Out” and will be the opening act on the 2018 upcoming tour.

We expect this long-anticipated album to be a huge success since their previous record from 2014 “V”, debuted at No 1 on the Billboard 200. It featured hits like “Sugar”, “Animals”, “Maps” and “Feelings”. In September, Maroon 5 became the most successful group in the history of Billboard Hot 100 when top ten entries concluded their two and a half year run supporting “V”, with 120 shows across more than thirty countries. So far, Maroon 5 sold more than 20 million records and 48 million singles worldwide.

A Clockwork Orange Hits New York

31st October 2017 | Category: Concerts

After a completely sold-out smash run in London, the extraordinary Clockwork Orange play has finally arrived to New York. You can purchase your tickets here and get ready to enjoy this award-winning and breathtaking masterpiece show filled with testosterone.

The show premiered in New York on September 25 and will run for 16 weeks until January 6, 2018. Juno Davis led the London cast and will make his New York stage debut in the lead role Alex De-Large. You’ll also have the opportunity to se Matt Doyle, Sean Patrick Higgins, Brian Lee Huynh and Timothy Sekk in this electrifying horror dystopian show.

The original novel by Anthony Burgess was published in 1962 and Stanley Kubrick adapted it in 1971 for his classic, highly controversial film.  This adaptation of Burgess’s novel is produced off-Broadway by Glynis Henderson Productions and Martian Entertainment and is also celebrating the centennial of Burgess’s birth in 2017.

Originally developed and presented by Action to The World theater company, this explosive story revolves around ultra-violent Alex De-Large and his band called “Droogs”, as equally brutal as he is.

This nine-member, all-male shirtless gang, spend their days gulping Moloko, narcotics-lased milk and enjoying violence and even rape when the mood strikes. Lust and brutality color every encounter. The setting is minimal, and almost everything is black and white. The emphasis is less on the language, Cockney street slang, and more on the ferocious movement. The show explores the boundaries between the free will and social responsibilities and whether morality is innate or learned.

New York Times described it as “Disturbing, stylish and sexy”, while Entertainment Weekly wrote “Crackles with kinetic energy! It will raise your heart rate for several reasons”. It’s definitely a must see show this fall.

The show is hauntingly relevant as it was in 1962 when the book was published and and when the movie came out in 1971 and caused a stir. We ask you to witness this defiant celebration of the human condition and individual freedoms and watch the show.

He announced the 2018 Game of the Thrones Live Concert Experience tour in a video posted on Facebook, on an official Game of the Thrones page, playing Arya’s theme “Needle” in the background. This will definitely help fans to bridge the gap between seasons 7 and 8, since the final season is to come not sooner than in spring 2019. The immensely successful show is returning to the stage with its live orchestra conducted by Djawadi, lights, special effects and video montages from the seventh season of the actual show. Sam Smith Announces Thrill of it All 2018 Tour

24th October 2017 | Category: Concerts

Sam Smith has announced that he’ll be hitting the road next year for his first ever arena tour.

The UK run will kick off on March 20 in Sheffield, travel across the UK and conclude with two dates on April 6 and 7 at London’s O2 Arena. On April 19 he will be performing in Stockholm as a start of his European run, and after visiting all major Europe cities, this run will end on May 18 in Lisbon. The North American run is scheduled to start on June 18 in Toronto and end in Calgary on September 13 after hitting 39 cities in North America. Tickets for all venues can be purchased here.

This extensive 63-date-tour comes in support of is long anticipated second album “The Thrill of it All” which will come out on November 3, three years after his debut album in 2014“In the Lonely Hour”, featuring number one singles “Stay With Me” and “Money On My Mind”

This extensive tour comes after an intimate string of shows Sam held last month in New York, Berlin, London and Los Angeles to tease the audience with his new music.

This Grammy Award-winning singer has recently released a new single “Pray” as he appeared as a musical quest on “Saturday Night Live” last weekend in order to get fans hyped for the upcoming tour.

“Pray” is the second single from his new album after the release of “Too Good at Goodbyes”. ‘’Too Good at Goodbyes’’ debuted as No1 one in the UK and became the top of the Vodafone Big Top 40 as soon as it was released. He collaborated with Timberland on this album so we can’t wait to hear the mix of styles he went for this time.

Besides Timberland, Malay, Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd, Stargate worked on the album and Jimmy Napes, Smith’s longtime collaborator, co-produced it. If judging from the first song, a classic, recognizable, stuttering Timberland beat in combination with gospel choir backing Sam’s singing, we can surely expect a paradise for our ears.

The year 2017 has definitely been a huge breaking point for the singer because not only did he finish the album he’s been preparing for a long time, but he also went public with his relationship with 13 Reasons Why star, Brandon Flynn.
